Ingredients
- 1kg beef cut into cubes
- 1 bok choy
- 2 big onions
- 2 potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 3 cups of rice
- 1 carton (200ml) cream
- 1 tsp of mustard powder
- 1 Tsp minced garlic
- 1-2 tbsp curry powder
- 1 Tsp minced ginger
- 2 - 3 cups beef stock
- 1 tsp plain flour
- 1 tsp oil
Preparation method
- Put a Pan on Medium Heat , add Oil
- Rub the flour on the Beef then Add to pan.
- Cook for five mins or until beef is brown then add Onion, Bok Choy,potatoes and carrot.
- Cook for a further five Mins then add Garlic, Ginger, Beef Stock, Mustard powder Curry Power & stir. Add cream and stir.
- Leave to simmer for 10 mins stirring every now and then or until Poatoes and Carrots are soft.
- Serve with rice
